The only test of a captcha solver that matters is the one you run on your own targets. A vendor's success rate was measured on someone else's sites, at someone else's hours, with someone else's definition of success. A free trial lets you collect your own numbers before you pay.
SurSolver's free trial runs for 30 days and covers every type it sells, including the anti-bot systems most trials leave out: Kasada, Akamai, Shape, AWS WAF Challenge and the Cloudflare challenge page. No card and no crypto top-up are needed. This post explains what the trial gives you, how to turn it on, and how to use it to make a decision.
The numbers below are the trial's terms in October 2026. The pricing page always shows the current ones.
What the trial includes
| Term | Value |
|---|---|
| Length | 30 days from activation |
| Total credits | 2,000 |
| Daily credits | Up to 100 per day; the day resets at 00:00 UTC |
| Concurrency | One task at a time |
| Price | $0 |
| Types | Every type on sale: 15 captcha and anti-bot services |
Each task spends the credits of its type. A failed task gives its credits back, so a type that does not work on your target does not eat your trial.

You can mix types within a day. If the next task costs more than you have left today, it is refused until 00:00 UTC rather than charged to anything else.
How to activate it
- Create an account and confirm your email.
- Open Dashboard → Billing → Free trial.
- Connect your Google account and your Telegram account. The trial is limited to one per person, and these two links are what stop trial farming: without them, one person could open unlimited free accounts with new e-mail addresses, and there would be no free trial left to fund. A second activation from the same IP is refused as well.
- Activate the Free Trial package. A Turnstile and a reCAPTCHA Enterprise check run in the page while you do.
- Create an API key under Dashboard → API keys and set it to Free trial only on the trial page.
A key set to Free trial only never spends money: when the trial is used up for the day, or over, its tasks are refused. If you later top up a balance, a normal key uses the trial first and moves to the balance only when the trial cannot cover a task.
What to measure during the trial
Thirty days is enough for a real benchmark if you log every task. Record, per task:
- The type and the target site. Success varies far more by target than by type.
- Whether the target accepted the result. A token that comes back
readyand is then rejected by the site is a failure. Check the site's response, not the solver's status. - Time to result, from
createTaskto the firstgetTaskResultthat isready. Poll at the same interval for every service you compare; SurSolver documents 3 seconds. - The outcome on failure: whether the task failed, timed out, or returned something unusable.
The method, including a log format and a comparison worksheet, is in How to choose a CAPTCHA solving service.
Your first trial task
This Python snippet sends a Turnstile task and prints the token. Replace the site key and URL with your target's; the identification guide shows where to find them.
import time
import requests
API = "https://api.sursolver.com"
CLIENT_KEY = "YOUR_TRIAL_KEY"
def call(path: str, body: dict) -> dict:
response = requests.post(f"{API}{path}", json=body, timeout=30)
response.raise_for_status()
data = response.json()
if data.get("errorId") != 0:
raise RuntimeError(f"{data.get('errorCode')}: {data.get('errorDescription')}")
return data
created = call("/createTask", {
"clientKey": CLIENT_KEY,
"task": {
"type": "TurnstileTokenProxyLess",
"websiteURL": "https://example.com/login",
"websiteKey": "0x4AAAAAAA...",
},
})
for _ in range(40):
time.sleep(3)
result = call("/getTaskResult", {"clientKey": CLIENT_KEY, "taskId": created["taskId"]})
if result["status"] == "ready":
print(result["solution"]["token"])
break
Every type follows the same createTask / getTaskResult pattern; only the task object
changes. The fields each type takes are listed by GET https://api.sursolver.com/v1/task-types,
no key required, and the quickstart has Playwright, Puppeteer and
Selenium versions.
What the trial does not cover
- Types that are not on sale yet, such as reCAPTCHA v2, DataDome, GeeTest and PerimeterX. Their pages exist so you can read how they work, but tasks for them are refused today.
- Throughput testing. One task at a time is enough to measure success and latency, not to load-test. Ask on Telegram if you need a higher-concurrency test.
- A second trial. It is one per person.
After the trial
Nothing renews and nothing is charged when the 30 days end. To continue, top up a balance from $5 in crypto and pay per accepted task, from $0.10 to $0.70 per 1,000 depending on the type, or buy a credit package. Failed tasks are returned on paid plans too. See pricing.
FAQ
Is the captcha solver free trial really free?
Yes. It costs nothing, needs no payment method, and a key set to Free trial only cannot spend money.
Which captcha types can I test for free?
Every type on sale: Kasada, Shape, Akamai Bot Manager, Akamai SBSD, Akamai BMP, Cloudflare Challenge, Cloudflare Turnstile, AWS WAF Challenge, Vercel, reCAPTCHA v3 and v3 Enterprise, Friendly Captcha, CaptchaFox, Altcha and Castle Android.
Why does activation need Google and Telegram?
The trial is free, so it gets abused: without a per-person limit, one person could open unlimited accounts with fresh e-mail addresses and drain the budget that pays for everyone's trial. Linking Google and Telegram ties the activation to a real person, the in-page checks keep bots out, and the one-per-IP rule stops scripted sign-ups — all without asking for a credit card.
What happens when my daily credits run out?
Tasks that do not fit in the remaining credits are refused until the next UTC day. Nothing is charged.
